Boyd Lee Bailey

BOYD LEE BAILEY, age 70, passed away Saturday, March 13, 2010, in Sugar Land, Texas. Boyd was born in Waco on November 6, 1939. He met his wife Lupe in California while serving in the US Air Force; they have been married for forty nine years. He spent the last ten years of his life in Sugar Land.

He is survived by his wife, Lupe Bailey; sister Vernell Lowe and husband Bobby of Waco; brother, James Bailey and wife Marilyn of Kosse; daughters Teresa Lee Barker and husband Gregg, Barbara Diane Kirkpatrick and husband Kenneth; sons James Wade Bailey and wife Irene of Sugar Land, TX, Blain Leighton Bailey and partner Corinne Davidson of San Pedro, CA. He has ten grandchildren, the seven Honorary Pallbearers: Johnathan Foster; Matthew Malaglowicz (ANGEL), Ken Kirkpatrick, Blain Bailey, Ethan Bailey, Ty Bailey, Kai Bailey; plus Amanda Bailey, Brittney Bailey and Amber Kirkpatrick. He is also remembered by many nephews and nieces.

Visitation: Monday, March 15, 2010, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at the Settegast-Kopf Co. Funeral Services: Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 4:00 PM, at the Settegast-Kopf Co.
