Always an outdoor adventurer he loved the beach, the sun and all things to do with water. He enjoyed water skiing, diving and boating and was an expert skim boarder. Bruce spent a great deal of time in South Texas where he fished and hunted with friends and family. A great “grill man,” he loved to BBQ and on occasion participate in local cook-offs.
Bruce graduated from Dulles High School in 1979 and received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Houston in 1983. He worked in sales for a Houston-based equipment company.
He was a loving father to his two precious children and of course his two grand dogs – Cooper and Prince.
He is survived by his children, Brandon Crawford Hill and Kendal Elizabeth Hill of Houston, Texas; parents, William “Dugan” S. Hill and Dixie White Hill of Missouri City, Texas; his sister, Lee Ann Stubenrouch and her husband Tim, and their two children, Taylor and Travis of Sugar Land, Texas.
A celebration of Bruce’s life will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 17, 2015, at First United Methodist Church of Missouri City, 3900 Lexington Blvd., Missouri City, Texas, 77459, with a reception immediately following.
