My favorite memory with my cousin Camie was when my cousin Patti and I flew for the first time to Fla to visit Camie, Jimmy and cousin Nikki. We had so many laughs during our time together and recently were again laughing about the events of the trip. I have more memories, this one is one that brought us all much laughter when we talked about it.
Camie will be missed by my family and myself. She had a strong presence, she lit up the room with her smile and southern twang, telling all of us “I’ll be alright”. I believe she is better than alright and until we meet again I will treasure the memories and moments we shared over the years. There was distance in miles but no distance in the love and care we had for one another and our family.
The photo attached was the last time we were together in Texas to celebrate my dad’s Birthday. I am thankful and so very grateful we made that trip.
Love and prayers for strength, comfort and ‘feeling the feels’ when they come upon you all. May the memories you have turn your tears into a gentle smile or out loud laughter as your remember Camie and the beautiful life she shared with all of us.

I am shocked and saddened over the loss of my school days friend. Camie and I went through our entire school years together and although life, as it often does, led us in different directions, she was never far from my thoughts. To Jim and family, my heart aches for you and I am so so sorry for this devastating loss. To Camie, rest easy my friend. You will be sorely missed 🙏🏻😢💕

I am heartbroken to hear that we lost our beautiful Camie. She was the first former classmate who reached out to me after 30+ years and invited me to the 35th High School reunion. We all had a bond that will never be broken and our hearts now have a big piece missing. Jimmy, you and the kids and grandkids and all of Camie's family are in our prayers. Heaven gained another angel. Godspeed Camie. We love you.
