Cibelle Kubala was born in Goiânia, Brazil, and passed away at the age of thirty-five, leaving behind a luminous legacy of enduring love, unshakable faith, quiet generosity, and pure joy that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and cherished her.
An only child, Cibelle grew up surrounded by the warmth of a large, devoted family. From her earliest years, she displayed a remarkable independence, determination, deep affection, and an infectious, vibrant energy. Her childhood was filled with joyous family gatherings, lasting friendships, and deeply cherished memories shared alongside her beloved mother and grandmother.
A licensed attorney in Brazil and a member in good standing of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), Cibelle practiced law with distinction before moving to the United States in 2020. She subsequently channeled her gifts into Human Resources, specializing in the technology sector. More recently, she devoted herself entirely to her family, which remained the enduring compass and heartbeat of her life.
Cibelle possessed an unforgettable smile, effortless natural beauty, and a warm, respectful grace with everyone she encountered. Resilient and courageous through life’s trials, she continually found reasons to celebrate life. She loved welcoming friends, arranging fresh flowers—white having been her favorite color since childhood—traveling, enjoying music, and tending to her cherished dog, Arlo, in the garden she had always dreamed of nurturing.
“Together with Greg, she built a home grounded in faith and affection—anchored in the steadfast promise that their love transcends this brief earthly journey.”
In June 2025, Cibelle married Greg, with whom she shared a deeply loving, joyful, and devoted relationship. Together, they built a life deeply rooted in faith, walking side by side as they grew closer to God and to each other. Leaning wholly on their trust in the Lord through every season, they created a warm sanctuary filled with prayer, hospitality, and daily acts of devotion. While their earthly time together was far too brief, Greg holds fast to the unwavering promise of their shared faith—knowing with quiet certainty and peace that this is not goodbye, and that he will spend eternity with her in the presence of God.
Motherhood was the fulfillment of Cibelle’s greatest dream. Her beloved daughter, Vívian Theresa, who passed away on the same day, was the crowning joy of her life. Cibelle poured her soul into her daughter with infinite tenderness, patience, and unconditional love—filling their days with playful laughter, Bible stories, and songs of worship. In choosing the name Theresa, she tenderly honored the two grandmothers who shared that name, weaving a sacred family heritage into the next generation.
Her Christian faith became an anchor of profound hope, strength, and comfort. Through Scripture, daily prayer, and hymns of worship, Cibelle found resilience and effortlessly reflected God’s grace to everyone around her. Her generosity knew no borders; even while living continents away from Brazil, she quietly sought out families in need, extending practical help and compassion without fanfare or need for recognition.
Lifelong friends will always remember her spontaneous laughter, affectionate embraces, and rare gift for making each person feel seen and treasured. To many, Cibelle was far more than a friend—she was a sister of the heart whose warmth illuminated every room she entered. In a final, selfless act of benevolence, Cibelle became an organ donor, granting others the precious gift of hope and renewed life. Her journey of compassion continues to ripple forward into the world. Cibelle will forever be remembered for her radiant smile, her unwavering faith, her strength in adversity, and above all, the wholehearted, unconditional love she bestowed upon her family.
“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain.” ~ Revelation 21:4 (KJV)
“Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her, in the kindness she so freely gave, and in the eternal hope that binds us together.”
