

Liz was one of 8 children and spent most of her formative years in Bennington, Vermont. She moved to the Houston area in her 20’s to pursue a career as an Office Manager, and there she met Howard Mason, who she married on Jan. 9, 1969. They were married 44 years and Howard passed away in 2013. Liz placed her eternal trust in Jesus after joining Bible Study Fellowship, becoming one of its most dedicated members. She was also a leader in Christian Women’s Club, Spirit of Freedom Republican Women’s PAC, and PEO. Liz is survived by her twin children Donna (Michlin) and Frank, their spouses Donald Michlin and Kristin Mason, grandsons Elliot Michlin, Luke Mason, and Andrew Mason, and multiple siblings, nieces and nephews in New England. Liz was a member of Sugar Creek Baptist Church, and will be remembered for her love of God, His Word, her family, and our country.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, October 17, 2014, in the Chapel @ Sugar Creek Baptist Church, 13213 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land.
