Emmanuel Kofi Osei, age 58, of Richmond, Texas passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2021. Emmanuel was born May 11, 1962.
A funeral service for Emmanuel will be held Saturday, February 13, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at The Settegast-Kopf Company @ Sugar Creek, 15015 Southwest Fwy, Sugar Land, TX 77478. A committal service will occur Saturday, February 13, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079. A burial will occur Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 12:00 AM at Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, Texas 77079.
