Heather Renee Brajkovich

Heather was born in Long Beach, California, on August 29, 1983. She graduated from Clements High School and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies from Texas A&M University.

Heather is survived by her parents, Anthony and Jan Brajkovich; sisters, Melynda Brajkovich Pham and Krista Brajkovich Jacobs; and nephew, Eastman Joseph Jacobs.

Heather was a beautiful woman with a loving heart who lived every moment to the fullest and left everyone who knew her a better person. She will be greatly missed.

Friends are invited to a visitation with the family from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Sunday, February 26, 2012, at The Settegast-Kopf Co. @ Sugar Creek, 15015 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land (Williams Trace Exit), with a Rosary to be recited at 5:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, February 27, 2012, at St. Laurence Catholic Church, 3100 Sweetwater Blvd., Sugar Land, with the Rev. Santy Kurian, Celebrant. The Rite of Committal will follow at Morton Cemetery, in Richmond, Texas.
