Irene Rosas Gonzales

Irene Gonzales was born on December 22, 1952. She was the most amazing mother of two, Henry Allen Gonzales and Christina Atkinson. She was married for 46 years to her husband Henry A Gonzales. Irene lived a very vibrant and wonderful life. She was a volunteer at Holy Family Church for many years and was a Benefit Coordinator Lady with the Arabia Shriners Houston division. Her favorite thing to do in life was to spend time with all of her family; brothers, sisters, daughter, son, husband, cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She loved to cook and host family get-togethers. She absolutely adored her two granddaughters, Vanessa and Maddy. They were her world. Irene also loved to go shopping. She loved going with her daughter looking for beautiful dresses and shoes to match. She loved getting dressed up to go out with her husband and especially to go to the Celebration Dances with the Arabia Shriners. Irene has a giving heart and loved to put a smile on other peoples faces. She loved music, dancing, and cooking. She made the best empanadas, Mexican mole, Carne Guisada, and tortillas. She was a gift to us all and w ill greatly be miss ed by everyone who had the chance to meet her.
