Jason you were a great uncle . You taught me how to properly gut a fish and how to make filets. You took me to the beach and fishing and we even made hotdogs on the fire while there it was a memory I'll treasure forever . Rest easy uncle Jay you'll never be forgotten

Growing up as a frequent member of the Spillane household, I cannot remember a time that Jason did not have a smile on his face and was trying to make others laugh, and not just laugh but belly crack up laughing. He and his siblings share this amazing gift of making others happy and bring joy to those around them. Meghan, Ryan, Maureen I am so sorry for your loss. All my love and prayers to you.

Hello,
I had the honor of serving with Jason and of calling him a brother. I am the soldier right in the middle of his Facebook background picture.
I would like to on behalf of all of his brothers in arms extend our deepest condolences to his family. As well as offer our support in any that we can help lessen your sorrow.
If it would be appropriate for some of us to attend the services for Jason I would really like to be there and I know atleast two others that will move heaven and earth to be there. Please let me know when and where that is. I can be reached at michaelrothe762@gmail.com or 785-366-6915.
Again, I am deeply sorry for your loss. He is now and will always be missed and remembered by all of us.
