Jeff was born December 29, 1961 in Wichita Falls to Jimmy Donald Martin and Jackie Milne Martin. He was a graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio. He was married to Laurie Martin for 32 years.
He is preceded in death by his mother Jackie Martin and his brother David Martin.
He is survived by his wife Laurie Martin, his children Christopher Martin and wife Jamie, Matthew Martin, Megan Martin, Joshua Martin, his granddaughter Raelynn Martin, his father Jimmy Martin, and his brother Mike Martin and wife Kristi.
