Lourdes Kanoy Jao

Lourdes was born on February 3, 1925, in Ilagan Isabela, Philippines. Daughter of the late Vicente Kanoy and Martina Liquigan. Wife of the late Damian M. Jao, Sr (36 Years of marriage before he passed). Mother of Divinagracia Antao (husband Rudy), Angelito Jao (wife Charito), the late Manuelito Jao (Joy), and Damian Jao, Jr. (wife Jeni). Grandmother to Christopher P. Jao, Jonathan K. Antao (wife Stacey), Michael Antao (Merlin), Joanna Lesser (husband Joshua), Phillip Cole Jao, Jade Jao. Great grandmother to Isaac, Maddox, Chase Antao, MJ, Miko, My-My Antao, and Brooks Lesser.

Lourdes graduated college with a BS in Nursing and worked at Methodist Hospital in the Medical Center as a Registered Nurse for 20 Years. Lourdes also enjoyed reading many publications and was a devout catholic and parishioner of St. Laurence Catholic Church in Sugar Land TX.

A visitation for Lourdes will be held Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at The Settegast-Kopf Company at Sugar Creek, 15015 Southwest Fwy, Sugar Land, TX 77478. A catholic religious services will occur Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 15015 Southwest Fwy, Sugar Land, TX 77478. Deacon Ray Arellano Celebrant A reception will occur Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 15015 Southwest Fwy, Sugar Land, TX 77478. Burial will be private at a later date.
