Luke Michael Eubanks, 9, born August 26, 2007 in Houston, Texas, passed away January 4, 2017. Luke is survived by his parents Clayton and Courtney Eubanks, brother, Nathan Lane Eubanks, Paternal grandparents, Janet and Mike Eubanks, maternal grandparents, Donna and Clint Sheard, great grandmother, Dorothy Sheard, great grandfather Rudy Ming, aunts, Alyssa Eubanks and her husband Patrick Patronas, and Lindsay Miller, and cousins, Kirstin Miller and Khloe Neal.
