

Mary Lou Reyna, 77 of Houston, TX, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. Mary Lou was born in San Miguel de Camargo, Mexico to the late Ascencion and Maria Reyna.
Mary Lou carried a warm and loving spirit throughout her life. She had a beautiful gift for baking and designing wedding cakes and floral arrangements, creating sweet memories for countless families. She poured her heart into every detail and found great joy in celebrating life’s most special moments through her creativity. She also had a deep love for dancing- whether at family gatherings, weddings, or simply at home- She lit up the room with her joyful spirit and graceful moves. Dancing was one of the many ways she expressed her happiness and love for life.
More than anything, she cherished her grandchildren: Cody, Alexis, Garrett, Lilly, Brooke, Joshua, Catalina, Tyler, Elise, Luke, Isla and Hunter. They were the light of her life, and she treasured every moment spent with them.
Mary Lou was known for her gentle heart and welcoming smile, greeting everyone with her signature, “Hello Sweetheart,” and followed by “I love you”. Her kindness and affection made everyone feel special and deeply loved.
She is lovingly survived by her four daughters: Yvette (Brandon) Puffer, Yvonne (Rod) Renfrow, Natalie (Cory) Corona-Kaminsky, Roxanne (Michael) Cloninger; her beloved grandchildren, and her siblings: Irma Lovato, Amy Noel, Rebecca Ruiz, Cris Reyna, Estela Teran, Angie Vargas, Hilda Herrera and Sylvia Davila. She also leaves behind extended family and dear friends who will miss her deeply.
A Celebration of Mary Lou’s Life will take place at Dignity Memorial in Sugar Land Tx at 2:00 p.m. at 15015 Southwest Frwy, Officiated by John Parsons.
