Forever young; A soul too pure for this chaotic world. Cherished son, brother, and friend, Matthew began his eternal soar into celestial paradise on August 18, 2025, at 21 years of age.
Born on April 17, 2004, in Houston, Texas; Matthew was a beloved son, brother, and friend. He graduated from Clements High School while also attending James Reece Technical Center, where he learned his mechanical skills and made lifelong friends. From there, he pursued his passion for cars and became the first in his family to forge a career as a mechanic. With dedication and pride, our beloved Matthew was always willing to lend a hand and his heart to the service of others. Even as he found purpose in his craft, he remained on a journey of self-discovery, searching for ways to leave a meaningful mark on the world.
Matthew found joy in learning the guitar, skateboarding, race cars, motorcycles, dirt bikes, hiking in the woods, and immersing himself in nature. He was also a gamer, a songwriter, and the utmost loyal friend to so many. Though his time on this earth was brief, Matt’s endless compassion, radiant love, and generous spirit touched all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving parents — Mama Kennie Aguero, Papa Rolando Aguero, and Dad Marty Rowden — as well as his siblings: David Lara, Shirley Ansel, Nancy Rowden, Bianca Tristan, and Courtney Guin.
Matthew’s legacy lives on in the hearts of those who loved him. His life reminds us to love boldly, cherish each other deeply, and extend kindness — even when the weight of the world feels heavy.
The family wishes to express heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to Matthew’s GoFundMe and for all other generous acts of support.
