

MICHAEL DAVID COX, age 55, of Cypress, Texas, passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2015. He was born September 20, 1960, in Houston, Texas, to Will and Bernice Cox. Michael graduated from Alief Hastings High School in 1979. He started his career as a machinist with Halliburton and became a Quality Control Supervisor with Sunbelt Machine Works and Magnum Precision. Michael enjoyed family, traveling, and long rides on his Harley.
He was preceded in death by his father, Will Marion Cox. Michael is survived by his wife, Carla Cox; daughters, Kristin Bible and her husband Neil, and Laura Cox; grandchildren, Talan and Toni Albright, and Madelyn Bible; mother, Bernice Baronette Cox; brothers, Steve Cox and his wife Laurice, and Darryl Cox and his wife Ginny; sister, Denise Young and her husband Al; and by numerous other loving relatives and friends.
A Memorial Celebration of Michael’s life will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, December 13, 2015, in the Morrow Chapel of The Settegast-Kopf Co. @ Sugar Creek, 15015 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land (Williams Trace Exit).
