

Nolan Brian Zale passed away on Sunday March 12, 2017 surrounded by his Mother and Father. He was born February 14, 1986 in Houston Texas. He is Survived by his parents Dr. Brian William Zale and Mother Tracey Zale, and his younger brother Jordan Zale. Grandparents Barbara and Greg Setzer. Aunts and Uncles, Doug and Rita Zale, Debbie and George Canfield, Rockney & Jill Hudson and Melanie Belland. His cousins Brandon, Ben, Bradley Zale, Ryan Canfield, Kelsey Balistreri, Alison and Rockney Hudson Jr., Whitney Weinstein and Dana Douglas. Nolan was raised in Sugar land and Baptized in the Methodist Church in Antioch, Illinois. He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in First Colony Sugar Land where he made his confirmation. Nolan grew up playing a number of sports including all leagues of youth Baseball, Golf and Football. He played the clarinet all throughout Middle School and was a member of the marching band during High School. Nolan also enjoyed hiking, skiing, dirt biking and exploring the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. He attended Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches Texas. He was a Biology Major with a Minor in Business. He was also the President of his pledge class and the social chair of Sigma Chi fraternity. Nolan built friendships with everyone he encountered and he had many friends. He held a number of jobs but found his true potential in Sales. He found joy helping others and making others feel comfortable wherever he was. He always knew what to say, how to say it and was known to make a short story long. Nolan loved his family and friends with all his heart. He had a strong will and a strong belief in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Family and Friends are invited to join us for a visitation and viewing from 6pm until 8pm in the evening on Thursday March 16th, 2017 at the Settegast- Kopf at Sugar Creek 15015 Southwest Fwy, Sugar Land, TX 77478. The funeral service will also be held at Settegast-Kopf on Friday March 17, 2017 at 1pm followed with the Burial located at Davis-Greenlawn Cemetery, 3900 B F Terry Blvd, Rosenberg, TX 77471.
