He is survived by his wife, Laneta McDonald; children, Rachel Zetino and her husband Noe, Michael McDonald, and Randall Kalisek and his wife Kim; and grandchildren, Ashley Kalisek, Nevin and Oswin Zetino, and Mason, Megan, Melanie, and Matthew McDonald.
A Memorial Celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 1, 2014, at Faith Lutheran Church, 800 Brooks Street, Sugar Land, TX 77478.
A private interment will be held at Houston National Cemetery at a later date.
