Robert Francis Leaumont

Robert Francis Leaumont Sr., age 78, of Missouri City Texas passed away on August 5th,2025 surrounded by loved ones.

Bob was born on October 30th,1946 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Gabriel and Ethel DeLeaumont. Bob attended Jesuit High School of New Orleans, proud veteran of US Coast Guard Reserves, and then went on to a successful career in the collections business. Following his career in collections, he worked for the University of Houston Alumni Association and the Advance Department.

Bob enjoyed playing bourre, loved good food including Po-Boys, crawfish, Oysters and Pasta, an avid sports fan and never missed a game for his boys. Long time member of Sweetwater Country Club, served as president of the Sugar Land Cowboys for five years and the Texas Gulf Coast Football League for three years, President of First Colony Little League for four, and President of the Greater Sugar Land Pony Baseball League for six years. He had great love for his wife, kids and grandkids and enjoyed spending time with them.

He is preceded in death by parents Gabriel and Ethel DeLeaumont, son Michael Vincent, and sister Margot Manguno Noto. Bob is survived by wife, Pauline Consoli, four sons, Robert Jr., Matthew and wife Paige, Brian, and Jeff, seven grandchildren, Isabella, Juliana, Quinn, Kendall, Olivia, Dominic, Vincent, and many nieces and nephews.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family on Wednesday August 13th, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, with a Rosary Prayer at 7:00 at Dignity Memorial The Settegast-Kopf Company at Sugar Creek located at 15015 Southwest Freeway Sugar Land, Texas 77478.

A rosary will be held at 9:30am followed by a funeral mass on August 14th, 10:00am at St Laurence Catholic Church, 3100 Sweetwater Blvd Sugar Land, Texas 77479.
