Rose Bajjali

ROSE BAJJALI, age 83, of Sugar Land, Texas, passed away Sunday, January 30, 2011. She was born July 27, 1927, in Jerusalem, Isreal, to Alfred and Sarah Joseph. Rose was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt. In addition to raising her children, she was devoted to her seventeen grandchildren. Rose had a huge heart, and she loved her family, friends, and children. She was a wonderful homemaker and cook, and a great host. Rose was a member of St. George Orthodox Church and the Arabic Church of Houston. Rose is survived by her son, Costa Bajjali and his wife Kristi and their children, Blake and Chelsea; daughter, Rima Bajjali; daughter, Rita Ahmad

and her husband Faiz and their children, Dima, Saif, and Joud; daughter, Renee Khoury and her husband Basem and their children, Samer, Ashraf, Munir, and Christina; daughter, Sylvia Nassif and her husband Michel and their children, David and Dalia; daughter, Eva Bajjali and her

children, Dede and Katy; daughter, Doris Shahin and her husband Emad and their children, Daniel, Andrew, and Nicholas; brother, Sami Joseph and his wife Nuha; and sisters, Salwa Kawa, Laila Groll and her husband Kurt, and Samira Khader and her husband Basem. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raji Bajjali; brothers, Victor and Munir Joseph; sisters, Hilda Coyle and Salma Elghawhary; and granddaughter, Arwa.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, February 3, 2011, at The Settegast-Kopf Co. @ Sugar Creek, 15015 Southwest Freeway,

Sugar Land (Williams Trace Exit). Interment will follow at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery, Houston, TX.
