

She was born on February 21, 1931 to Horace E. and Antoinette Moncrief Perry in Houston, Texas. Ruth was a homemaker and an educator at Colonial Hills United Methodist Daycare in San Antonio, Texas. On June 6, 1952 she married Cleo Cleveland Crouch Jr.
She graduated from Baylor University in 1952. She was also a member of Castle Hills Baptist Church in San Antonio, Texas.
She is survived by her daughter Paula Arnold of Katy, TX and son Michael Crouch and wife Susan of Missouri City, TX; son-in-law Thomas Flowers of San Antonio, TX; sisters, Patty Perry Kerr of Houston, TX and Betty Perry Rose and husband Gene of Champign, IL; sister-in-law Pat Perry of Houston, TX; grandchildren Jamie Arnold, Katie Crouch Phillips and husband Clay, Wade Flowers, Matthew Arnold, Ross Crouch, Kristin Flowers Lowther and husband Jay, Ashley Flowers and Allison Crouch as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Cleo C. Crouch Jr.; her parents; daughter, Martha Crouch Flowers, brother, Horace E. Perry Jr.; brother-in-law, Ralph Kerr.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday, May 29, 2015 at 3:00 PM at The Settegast-Kopf Company, 15015 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land, Texas 77478. Serving as Honorary pallbearers are her grandchildren.
