

Bill was born to Kate Mills and William E Forman Sr on July 27, 1936 in Yonkers, NY. where he attended school, graduating from Roosevelt High School. He then enrolled in SUNY Maritime School at Fort Skyler and finished with a degree in Maritime Engineering, as well as a degree from the US Coast Guard as a Merchant Marine officer authorizing him to operate any size vessel as the third officer.
After serving two years in the US Navy, Bill began his corporate career advising and selling turbine engines for large oil and gas industries for such companies as Worthington, Rolls Royce and General Electric. This presented many opportunities for living in several foreign countries as well as many states in the US.
He was presided in the deaths of his parents, two wives each dying of cancer and his daughter, Caroline.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Clark.
His many interests included golf, bridge and entertaining his large circle of friends
A celebration of life & luncheon for William will be held Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Sweetwater Country Club, 4400 Palm Royale Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77479.
