Bill, was a great roommate and a good friend at A&M and beyond. He was stalwart in all the ways that count. He had those smiling eyes and a demeanor that made every situation better. He will be missed. My prayers are with Bob, Lana, and all Bill's family and friends.

I worked with Bill at both Litwin and Mustang for over 30 years.  We shared many memorable experiences while working together on a large revamp project for a refinery in Kenai, Alaska. We were members of the Project Management Team for both companies.  Bill was always one of the most highly sought after Project Managers for his extensive technical knowledge, ability to coordinate and cooperate with Clients, and his superb people skills.  Design staff knew they were going to be supported on a project with Bill as the Project Manager. Always looked forward to sharing time with Bill and Lana at many Mustang Client Christmas Parties He is remembered by all of us old folks as one of the BEST!  My deepest condolences to Lana and family and all those wonderful Grandchildren I know he must have adored.

I first had the pleasure of working with Bill at the jobsite in a refinery in Kenai Alaska.  He made it fun as he found interesting things to do after work and on weekends.  
I later worked much closer with him as on two very large refinery expansions in Alma Michigan and Ardmore Oklahoma.  The client required that we implement a 3D modeling and database system with which we had no experience.   
Bill was very patient yet stayed on top of the issues as we uncovered new bugs in the software.  I credit Bill's success in running projects to his management style of letting his people do their jobs.

I worked with Bill at Litwin & Wood Mustang over a span of over 30 years until his retirement.  I remember he started at Litwin in very late December 1978 with myself immediately following on January 2nd, 1979.  I treasured his friendship and he always had my back as a project engineer and later project manager.  It was always a joy to work a project with Bill.   And my wife and I had the opportunity to visit Bill and Lana when they lived in Thunderbird North around the corner from us so many years ago before they moved to Richmond. Lana and Family have my deepest condolences. I will always treasure the time we worked together.

So sorry to hear of his passing. I always felt fortunate to work on a project with Bill. As a Project Manager he was definitely better than most.

I worked with Bill.  He was a wonderful man and a joy to work with.

I worked with Bill for about 15 years, the latter part of both our careers.  For me He was one of the "GOOD GUYS" to work with.  He was honest and man of his word.
He will be remembered and missed by all of us who knew him.

Weldon Lybarger

I am a friend and co-worker of Larry Parker Jr.  We joined Larry in praying for his Dad during the heart surgery, believing for a miracle healing.  The Lord had other plans and welcomed Bill Reeves into glory last Friday.  II Cor. 5:8, He is now 'absent from his earthly body, and present with his Lord'.  I never knew Bill this side of eternity, but Larry spoke so highly of him and in such glowing terms, I know I will look forward to meeting him in heaven one day.  In the meantime we are praying for your whole family, that all the empty places left by Bill's absence will be filled to overflowing with the comfort of the Holy Spirit and with all the treasured memories you hold of him in your hearts.
