MARIE MOSS FRYE, passed away August 21, 2011, in Overland Park, Kansas. A long-time resident of Houston and Sugar Land, TX, Marie was born May 10, 1917, in Lingleville, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband, Truman Frye; her son, Michael Frye; and granddaughters, Michelle Frye and Meaghan Frye. Marie is survived by her son, John Frye and his wife Genie; daughter, Nema Frye and her husband Bob Mallow; sister-in-law, Dorothy O’Connell; grandchildren, James Frye, Marla Frye Bolf, Matt Frye, Tim Frye, and Michaela Mallow; four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 24, 2011, at The Settegast-Kopf Co. @ Sugar Creek, 15015 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land (Williams Trace Exit). Interment will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery, in Webster, TX. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Garden Terrace at Overland Park, 7541 Switzer St., Overland Park, Kansas 66214.
