Bernadine Fusilier

Bernadine was a longtime member of Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church in Sulphur, was a member of their Rosary Block Club who ministered to the elderly and sick. Bernadine loved sewing, gardening, was an avid reader, and enjoyed traveling.

Bernadine was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Fusilier, an infant son, Jack Bryce Fusilier, her parents, Gabe and Lelia Doucet, and brothers, Berlin Doucet, Gilford Doucet.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sisters, Betty Pine, Shirley Bullock, and Joyce Bailey; and numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.

Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at St. Edmund Catholic Church in Branch, Louisiana.

A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at St. Edmund Catholic Church with Rev. Paul Broussard officiating. Burial will follow in St. Edmund Catholic Church Cemetery in Branch, Louisiana under the direction of Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home.
