Betty was a native of Anadarko, Oklahoma and had been a resident of Sulphur for the last 63 years. Ray "Red" Quebodeaux was the husband of her youth, the father of her only child, and her life companion until he died in 2012. Nathan "Redbone" Foreman was her husband and wonderful companion in her last years. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Edgerly. Her family was her life.
Survivors include her husband, Nathan "Redbone" Foreman; her daughter, Bobbie Champagne and husband, Dale of Sulphur; two grandchildren, Michael Magee and wife, Lori, and Amy Magee Downs and husband, Rusty; three great-grandchildren, Felicity Magee, Autumn Magee, and Aubrey Arnold; her children by marriage, Carrie Soileau and husband, Dennis, and Keith Foreman and wife, Donna; and her grandson by marriage, Bo Foreman and family. She is preceded in death by her previous husband, Ray "Red" Quebodeaux; her parents, Tom and Oleeva Wilson; three brothers, Hubert, Arthur "Corkey", and Bob "Dean" Wilson; and her sister, Oleta Miller.
A private memorial service will be held by her family. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Care Help of Sulphur or St. Jude's Hospital. The family would like to give special thanks to Betty's wonderful caregivers Megan, Brenda, Robin, and Allie with Amedisys Hospice.
