

He was a native of Sour Lake, Texas and had been a resident of Sulphur for over 40 years, also living in Kingwood, Texas and Scotland. Bobby was a graduate of Hardin-Jefferson High School where he played football. He retired as District Manager for Baker Oil Tools after over 30 years of service. He enjoyed playing golf, gardening, and watching football with his son, Dustin. Some of their favorite teams to watch were LSU, New Orleans Saints, and the New York Giants.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Carol Biano of Sulphur; his children, Tina Biano Franks and husband, Jim of Magnolia, Texas, Lori Biano Doise and husband, Mark of Tomball, Texas, Amy Biano Reyna of Kingwood, Texas, and Dustin Biano of Sulphur; his siblings, Harold Biano and wife, Judy of Sour Lake, Texas, Judi Biano of Austin, Texas, and Roger Biano and wife, Diane of Houston, Texas; and six grandchildren, Lauren Franks, Andrew Franks, Christopher Franks, Matthew Reyna, Rylie Doise, and Marlo Doise. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Mable Biano; and a sister, Carolyn Biano.
A Celebration of Bobby's Life will be at 5 p.m. Tuesday, September 13, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home, led by Jody Barrilleaux, Celebrant.
