Scott and Deana....Your Mother and Dad were personal friends of ours for many years. My first husband, Tommy Roy, worked with your Dad at Mental Health for a number of years and we all had the best time together at Parties and Dances. My heartfelt condolences go out to you and Deana as well as the family. Charlotte was an awesome woman and a great Friend..I will think of her and her wonderful laughter..your Dad would often say, she could laugh in French...love to you both, Rita Richard(Roy).
