Scot; Your Dad and I were classmates at AHS, both graduating in1952, and both of us were graduates of "SLI".
I left for Pittsburgh after graduation and pretty much lost all connections thereafter. However, we had some wonderful 10 year reunions where we all tried to catch up with each other.
Your Dad was a great guy, always with a positive attitude, and it was a pleasure to renew our acquaintance at those moments of opportunity.
May God bless you and your family during this period of mourning.

Those always twinkly eyes forever had mischief behind them. Don was a hoot to say the least. PPG was responsible for our acquaintance and years of entertaining interface. The bumper sticker on his truck depicted his humor perfectly as it read, "Don't tell me what kind of day to have!"

What a blessing Mr. Donald has been to our family! A dear friend and high school classmate of Mom and Dad (Joyce and Ray Lege), basketball/baseball teammate of Dad, groomsman in their wedding, godfather to one of their eight children...AND faithful provider of countless entertaining tales and jokes via email in recent years!!! So grateful that Mom and Dad were blessed with the priceless gift of his friendship for so many years...AND shared “Mr. Donald” with all of us!
