

There was absolutely nothing that Elvis couldn't do. He was always there to lend a hand. He enjoyed anything outdoors especially fishing and hunting. He loved for his brother to make him laugh, but the greatest love for Elvis was his family, especially his grandkids.
Survivors include his mother, Gloria Laughlin; his children, Cody Laughlin and wife, Keira of Houston, Texas, Cory Laughlin of Sulphur, and Casey Laughlin and Kyle Laughlin, both of Fayetteville, Arkansas; siblings, Gloria Doty and husband, Robert of Carlyss, Lynette Whitehurst and husband, Dean, Marie Lormand, Tamela Sonnier and husband, Timothy, Kim Stanford, and Keith Laughlin and wife, Larease, all of Sulphur; three grandchildren, Brandon Laughlin, Cameron Laughlin, and Katelyn Laughlin; the mother of his children, Carmen Laughlin; and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Laughlin, Sr; brothers, Lloyd "Bubba" Laughlin, Jr. and Hank Laughlin; and sister, Elaine Erbelding.
His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday, December 30, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. Dr. David Holder will officiate. Burial will be in Big Woods Cemetery in Edgerly. Visitation is from 2-9 p.m. Sunday and from 10 a.m. until the time of service Monday in the funeral home.
