Hazel Bell O'Quinn

She was a native of Hannah, Louisiana and has resided in Sulphur for most of her life.

Hazel is survived by her children, David Bird of Dry Creek, Darrell Bird of Sulphur, Michael Richard and wife, Paige of LeBlanc, Maria Bird of Sulphur and Kari LeDoux of Dayton, TX; sister, Bessie Virginia Hutchinson, Jane Kelley and Maria Lovejoy; brothers, Bubba May, Willard May, Melvin Roy May and David May; grandchildren, Aaron Bird, Amanda Bird, Brittany Bird, Jacob Richard, Kenzie Wiley Dallyn Richard, Faybein Richard, Lanie Richard, Clancy Richard, Trent LeJeune Tavyn Gibson, Hailey LeDoux, Krystle Strenth, Samantha LeDoux, Kaleb Vidrine; great grandchildren, Denver Bird, Devon Bird Dillion Bird, Maddox Wiley, Dalton LeJeune, Dannielle LeJeune, Dayton LeJeune Allee Strenth, Avaree Strenth, Hudson Gibson, Mackenzie and two on the way.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry O’Quinn; parents, Melvin and Onie May; sisters, Elsie Crawson and Shirley McFarlain; brothers, Harold May and Charles "Buddy" May.

Her memorial service will be 6pm, Friday, August 29, 2014 in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will begin Friday 4pm until time of service. Words of Comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com.
