She is survived by her children, Debra Michon (Paul), Cynthia Fruge (Anthony) and Shelia Coile (Randall); daughter -in- law Shirley Griffith; 11 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren; brothers Joel Kendrick and Robert Kendrick; sisters Patricia Nichols Wenona Oles, Emma Lou Miles and Carrie King; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents Joel and Velma Kendrick; husband Jacob Foster Griffith, Jr., son Dennis Griffith and brother, Walter James Kendrick. Her funeral service will be at 2:00 pm, Saturday, February 12, 2011 in Hixson – Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery in Westlake. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Friday from 5 until 9 pm and from 9 am on Saturday.
