Henry was a native and lifelong resident of Sulphur, LA. He worked as a Truck Driver & Heavy Equipment Operator for over 30 plus years. Blue Mule enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his Harley, and mowing yards. He especially loved bar-b-quing and crawfish boils with his family and friends. His grandkids were his world!
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Shelley Alston Marshall of Sulphur, LA, his daughters, Kashawna Vincent (Justin Dowers) of Sulphur, Ellen Tyson (Alex) of Eunice, LA; his son, Henry Lee "Lil Henry" Marshall II; 11 grandchildren; his sister, Debra Vincent (Mike) of Orange, TX; and numerous nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; 2 sisters, Wanda Reinholt & Peggy Fuselier; and a granddaughter, Melissa Dowers.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, February 2nd, 2022 in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home led by Jody Barrilleaux, Celebrant. Burial will follow in Big Woods Cemetery in Edgerly, LA. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 2nd, 2022 from 10 a.m. until time of service in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for funeral expenses.
