SULPHUR — Joseph William Lancaster, 59, died Monday, March 20, 2017, in the local hospital.
He enjoyed fishing and swimming and was an avid outdoorsman.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Lancaster of Sulphur; three sons, Joey, John and Nicholas; two stepsons, Guy and Shane Chapman of Moss Bluff; six grandchildren; five sisters, Delores, Bev, Sandy, Linda and Wendy; two beloved dogs, Roxy and Norma Jean; and his cat, Boudreaux.
He was preceded in death by his mother whom he loved the most, Norma Jean Lancaster of Akron, Ohio.
Per family request no funeral service.
