She was a native of the Lake Charles-Sulphur area and had lived in Houston, Texas for many years before returning to Sulphur in 2002. Jane retired from Anheuser-Busch. She was an avid animal lover.
Survivors include her sisters, Pamela Davis and husband, Robert of Sulphur and Ann Baker and husband, Ken of Moss Bluff; and a granddaughter, Shelby Connely. She is preceded in death by her son, Shane Alan Connely; her father, Leo O'Quin; and her mother and step-father, Joyce and Gurvis Sonnier.
Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Sunday, January 3, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. The Rev. Alan Upton will officiate. Burial will be in Farquhar Cemetery. Visitation is from 9 a.m. until the time of service Sunday in the funeral home.
