Kempa Ann Werner, 70, of Sulphur, Louisiana passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2024. She was born to her late parents, Robert and Addie "Tut" Badgett on November 26, 1953 in Sulphur, Louisiana.

She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Darrell Werner; son, Robert Odom (Dee) of Sulphur, Louisiana; brother Rhandi Badgett (Gloria) of Lake Charles, Louisiana; two sisters, Beverly Badgett Collins of Sulphur, Louisiana and Carolyn Badgett Richard (John) of Westlake, Louisiana; along with two grandchildren, Makinze Odom and Mylee Odom; all of Sulphur, Louisiana; along with her fur babies, Frankie and Sissy.

Kempa is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bert McGavock along with his wife Doye; and her brother-in-law, Bruce Collins.

A Celebration of Kempa's life visitation will be held at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home on Thursday, March 21, 2024, from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.
