He was a native of Port Arthur and has resided in Vinton for 30 years. Kenneth was a former ship surveyor and loved motorcycles, especially Harley's.
Survivors include his parents, George and Pat O'Neal of Leesville; four sons, Shane Hall of Port Arthur, Jason O'Neal of Leesville, Phillip O'Neal and David O'Neal both of Vinton; brother Craig O'Neal of Leesville; and grandchildren, Noah O'Neal, Trinity O'Neal and Colton Hall.
His memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 22, 2014 in Crossroads Baptist Church of Vinton. The Rev. Rob Tibbitts will officiate. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Hixson Funeral Home of Vinton. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com
