One Sunday during song service, your dad said we will sing All The Way With Jesus. Then he held up his numb finger and said for him it was half way. We all laughed so hard.
Your dad was a special person. I will always remember him and your mom very fondly. The way they once were.
God bless you little brother and sister.
Love, Cynthia 💕

My memories involve my dad and mother, Wallace and Mildred Lee (W.P. Lee) going to Choupique to visit Aunt Mae and her children. Most of the girls had their own families, but Gene and Mae lived close, so we always got to see them. Gene loved a practical joke as much as my daddy did. When we left, Dad always got out of the car, on the road in front of Aunt Mae's house, and bowed to his "audience". The Broussard family would be howling with laughter. My memories are of the laughter in that home. And Gene was a part of that laughter. My prayers are with his children, but my heart rejoices in heaven's joy!
