Margaret Louise Trouth

Margaret "Mickey" Louise Trouth, 78, of Sulphur, Louisiana, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2026. She was born to her late parents, Marion and Bernice Chiasson on July 17, 1948 in Crowley, Louisiana. Mickey enjoyed cooking, and loved spending time with her grandsons and supporting Trent's wrestling tournaments.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Michael "Mike" Trouth; son, Michael Marion Trouth (Amy) of Westlake, Louisiana; sister, Yvonne Marie Landry (Gene) of Lafayette, Louisiana; along with two grandsons, Tanner Michael Trouth and Trent Michael Trouth, both of Sulphur, Louisiana.

Mickey is preceded in death by her parents; along with her twin brother, Robert "Bobby" Marion Chiasson.

A Celebration of Mickey's life will be held at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home in Sulphur, Louisiana on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 12:00 pm, with Bro. Mike Sanford and Bro. Jeremy Blocker officiating. Visitation will begin at the funeral home on Tuesday beginning at 10:00 am. Burial will be at Mimosa Pines South Cemetery in Carlyss, Louisiana.
