March 31, 2018

Aunt Marguerite was my mother's younger sister. Since we grew up living in Texas, we would travel to Sulphur each Sunday to visit with Mama and Papa Carrier. Aunt Marguarite lived down the street. So, after visiting with our grandparents, we would run down the street to play with our cousins. Aunt Marguarite was so like my Mom. She would take us in like we were her own and of course want to feed us. She was so loving and kind that you couldn't help but love her. I have such fond memories of my time spent with her. I will miss her smile and beautiful face that always radiated with the purest love. I love you, Aunt Marguerite. To all my Louisiana relatives, my thoughts and prayers will be with you. I will offer up my Easter mass and Communion in Aunt Marguerite's name. God bless you all! With all our love, Joan Trahan Cappadonna and family.
