She was a native of Mobile, Alabama and had been a resident of Sulphur or the last 35 years. Mary enjoyed fishing, working with plants, and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her fiance', Charles Peyton of Sulphur; her three children, Penny Garner of Tampa, Florida, Kathy Oswald of Rifle, Colorado, and Kimberli Hill Guidry of Sulphur; three sisters, Rebecca Lemke of Sulphur, Susan McCullough of Ooletwah, Tennessee, and Karen Hamilton of Mobile, Alabama; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 5:30 p.m. Friday, January 23, 2015 in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. The Rev. Dean Gintz will officiate.
