Jeanny has been a resident of Sulphur since 1972. She was a member of Olivet Baptist Church, and was a Bible School teacher for many years. She enjoyed fishing, painting, drawing, and making crafts. Jeanny was a loving wife, mother and aunt.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Trahan; daughter, Molly Trahan; great-nephew, Michael Rich; great great nieces, Emma Catherine and Darlene Jade Rich; numerous sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack Rich and Bertie Mae Kelley Rich, brother, Daniel Rich, and brother, Timothy Rich
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, December 24, 2016 at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Chapel. Rev. Don Walker will officiate. Burial will follow in Magnolia Cemetery in Ragley.
