Nelson Ray Dronet Sr., age 79, of Westlake, Louisiana passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2023. He was born August 11, 1944 in Vincent Settlement, LA to Zeno Dronet and Cynthia Sonnier Dronet.

Those left to cherish his memory are his three sons, Nelson Dronet, Jr. and wife Brandi, Troy Dronet and wife Michelle, and Kevin Dronet and wife Brandie; six grandchildren, Jayde-lynn Dronet, Jaycie Dronet, Brooklyn Trussel, Brayden Sims, William O'quain, and Mason Dronet; five great grandchildren; and a brother, Dale Dronet.

He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Christopher Dronet; sister, Geneva Perez; brothers, Jim Dronet and Vorice Dronet.
