Onita Myers, 88, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2020 at her residence.

She was a native of Elton and had been a resident of Sulphur for over 50 years. She enjoyed sewing, reading, collecting family photos and visiting with all of her family, and taking care of her beloved dog, Pebbles. She was known as the family historian and loved sharing the history with the family. She will be dearly missed by many.

Survivors include her children, Toleda Weldon and husband, David of Sulphur, Randy Langley, Sr. of Alvin, Texas, and Dean Martin and wife, Cammie of Vinton; sister, Lois Singleton of Mittie; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her spouses, Seward Langley, Jean Martin, and Robert Myers; her parents, Dave and Delah Moore; her sons, Kirby Langley and Ronnie Langley; her siblings, Smedley Moore and Gaynell Moore.

Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 5, in Hixson Sulphur Memorial Chapel. The Rev. ______ will officiate. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery in Elton. Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. Friday and resumes Saturday at 8:30 a.m. until the time of service at 10 a.m. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com
