Pam was a native and lifelong resident of Sulphur and a 1981 graduate of Sulphur High School. She worked for many years as a dental hygienist, most recently with Dr. Gary Blanchette’s office, where she had worked for the past six years.
Pam loved going on cruises with her family, saltwater fishing, traveling with her husband, and shopping—especially for shoes. She enjoyed making memories with her grandchildren, taking them bowling, to the movies, and crabbing. She never missed an opportunity to brag about her children and grandchildren, whom she loved dearly and was so proud of.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of nearly 40 years, Joel Vincent; her parents, John and Sylvia Parker; her sons, Roger Vincent and wife, Misty, Justin Vincent and wife, Jessica, and Chris Vincent and wife, Ashley, all of Sulphur; her mother-in-law, Zilda Vincent of Sulphur; her siblings, Tammy Manuel of Carlyss, Keith Parker and wife, Donna of Sulphur, and Amy Thibodeaux and husband, Ben of Sulphur; her sister-in-law, Joella Longnion and husband, Clint, of Vinton; four grandchildren, Corey Vincent, Drake Vincent, Josie Vincent, and Emery Vincent; a great-grandchild on the way, Baylor Vincent; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends who will miss her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, James Vincent; sister-in-law, Jon Marie Gearen and her husband, Randy; brother-in-law, Jake Manuel; and two grandchildren, Zoey Vincent and Jordyn Vincent.
A memorial service for Pam will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 7, at Houston River Baptist Church, with Pastor Lonnie Gothrup officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
