Patricia Ann Crochet, 83, of Sulphur, Louisiana passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2026. She was born to her late parents, Eddie and Edrie Drounette on January 25, 1943 in Sulphur, Louisiana. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Everybody loved her and she never met a stranger.
She is survived by her children, Pamela O'Blanc (Curtis) of Sulphur, Michael Crochet (Monica) of Lake Charles, Bobby Crochet (Michelle) of Sulphur, and Dana Romero (Glen) of Sulphur; nine grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
Patricia is preceded in death by her husband over 60 years, Alfred Patrick Crochet, Jr.; one daughter, Mary Elizabeth Crochet; along with her thirteen siblings.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Carlyss, Louisiana on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 11:00 am, with Father Sibi Kunninu officiating. Visitation will be at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home on Monday, August 17, 2026, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm, with a Rosary at 6:00 pm. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 8:30 am until the procession to the church.
