Philip will be greatly missed by me and our entire office at Coldwell Banker. Philip was a regular around the coffee pot for many years. There was never a dull moment or story when Philip came to visit. He always seemed to have something in the works, whether buying, selling or just checking on us. Usually after catching up on the latest goings on, he would pull out his cell phone and show me pictures of Ryley with the horses, or Jacob on the football field. He always mentioned Ms. Leslie. It was always obvious how much he loved her and all of his family. I will always be thankful for the friendship and memories that Philip and I shared.

With Sympathy,

Eric Blood
