I first fell in love with Bobby the 1st time I saw him at Amy's Pool Hall in Buna, TX in 1974. We shared over 3 years together in love & were happy. Then we parted ways to live different lives and had our own families. After being married for 40 years to my 2nd and only other love, my husband passed away. Three years later I heard a song on the radio, "Loves To Blame", that made me want to find Bobby. I just knew I had to see him again and make sure he was alright. With the help of his children we reunited on Feb. 5, 2020 and were instantly in love again! It felt like we had never been apart. He became a very good friend, a fishing buddy, a person I could talk to about anything, cuddle with, and just be myself. He always made me laugh. Things weren't perfect but through it all we loved each other. Our favorite sayings were, "I love you anyway" and " Love you later" Eight months was not near enough time for us. We had so much more love to give each other. I miss him so much and will always have an emptiness where he once was. Reast in peace my love & dear friend.
