Robert Clifton Renfroe, 65, was born in Fort Walton Beach, Florida on October 25, 1954 passed away on Dec 3, 2019. He was surrounded by his loving wife of 45 years, Deborah Elaine Walker Renfroe, his daughter Jana Jene Renfroe Landreneau and his son-in-law Frederick Shane Landreneau.
Cliffy was an avid football fan whose favorite teams were the Sulphur Tors, LSU, and the Saints, but anything football he was watching it. He loved spending time with his wife, his family, fishing, hunting, and reading old Westerns. Cliffy spent his life traveling for work where he got to see more than half of the United States with his wife along the way, meeting countless people and made tons of friends, most of which, he called family.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father Jene Jenkins Renfroe and Edward Cleveland Renfroe.
He is survived by his loving wife, Deborah Elaine Renfroe, his daughter and son-in-law Jana (Frederick Shane) Landreneau, his son Robert Clifton Renfroe II, his grandsons Tyler Renfroe and Daniel Hammond II, one sister Rebecca Renfroe of Plano, TX and her daughter Erin Thompson, one brother Rusty (Suzanne) Renfroe and countless aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Cremation has been entrusted to Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will held on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home, beginning at 10 am until his Celebration of Life at 1pm led by Celebrant, Jody Barrilleaux.
In staying with Cliffy's giving nature; the family requests in lieu of flowers charitable donations be made to one of the following, Colors for a Cause-Louisiana Chapter, American Diabetes Association, or American Stroke Association.
