

Stephen was born in Pennsylvania and was raised in Ohio. He moved to Johnson Bayou in 1976 and moved to Jennings after Hurricane Rita. He was an operator for Transco-Williams Energy Services for 25 years. Stephen loved spending time with his family and for the last nine years enjoyed playing pool, competing in many tournaments. He was a member of New Life Tabernacle in Jennings.
Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Diane Price; one son, Keith Price and wife, Danielle of Evangeline; one daughter, Ashley Price of Jennings; one brother, John Price of Virginia Beach, Virginia; two sisters, Sherry McGill and Terry Price, both of Hampton, Virginia; three step-sisters, Debbie Hiller, Karen Fulmer, and Nancy Scholten, all of Ohio; and three granddaughters, Kylie, Addison, and Anya Price, all of Evangeline.
His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 21, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. The Rev. Carroll Dunn will officiate. Burial will be in Head of the Hollow Cemetery in Johnson Bayou. Visitation is from 3-9 p.m. today and 9 a.m. until the time of service Thursday in the funeral home.
