She was a native of Merryville and had been a resident of Sulphur for 15 years, coming from Port Neches, Texas. Syble was a member of First Christian Church in Sulphur and was also a member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed fishing, dancing, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
Survivors include her husband, Eugene Wing of Sulphur; two sons, Ralph LeBlanc and wife, Louise of Fred, Texas, and Charles LeBlanc of New Waverly, Texas; three grandchildren, Cory, Laura, and John Paul; and five great-grandchildren, Tyler, Korie, James, Landon, and Andrew.
Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 9, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. The Rev. Michael Dickson will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Bluff Cemetery in Port Neches, Texas. Visitation is from 5-9 p.m. today and 8:30 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday in the funeral home.
